“My DIY clients receive the same roadmap I follow with my full-service clients,” Nikki explains. “The difference is they’re in the driver’s seat while I provide the navigation system.”
For the Full-Service Client
The full-service package delivers white-glove treatment for salon owners who want an expert to handle every aspect of their sale. The higher fee structure ($25,000 (min) or 10% of the Total Sale Price success fee) reflects the personalised attention, extensive buyer network access, and hands-on representation throughout the entire process.
“My full-service clients are typically busy salon owners who recognise that having an experienced negotiator can significantly increase their final sale price,” says Nikki. “They value their time and understand that professional representation often pays for itself.”
The Hybrid Solution
Understanding that needs can change during the sale process, Nikki designed a flexible system where DIY clients can access additional support if they encounter challenges.
“Sometimes a DIY client realises they need help with a specific aspect, like negotiating with a tough buyer or reviewing complex contract terms,” Nikki notes. “Rather than forcing them to upgrade to full-service, we offer targeted assistance exactly where they need it.”
